Krone Holding expands senior management team.

Bernard Krone Holding SE & Co. KG is expanding its senior management team. Dr David Frink (45) will join chairman of the board Alfons Veer (63) and managing partner Bernard Krone as CFO (Chief Financial Officer) of the Krone Group. From 1 April 2018, Dr Frink will take responsibility for strategic and conceptional development and operational areas (finance and accounting, controlling, taxation, M&A, IT and process control, legal affairs and human resources).

By expanding the top management base, Krone is adapting to the challenges facing the Agricultural Machinery and Commercial Vehicles divisions, especially in view of the company's expansion and increasing internationalisation.

Since our portfolio reflects two of these global megatrends, we anticipate that the Krone Group will continue to grow significantly for years to come.”

Dr David Frink was previously employed as chief financial officer at Gerry Weber International AG. Originally from Rhineland, Dr Frink took an apprenticeship in banking followed by a business adminis-tration degree at RWTH Aachen University. He began his career with Schiesser AG before moving to Gerry Weber International AG in 2009, where he was appointed to the management board in charge of finance, production, logistics, IT and human resources. Dr Frink is married and has three daughters.

The Krone Group currently employs around 4500 people world-wide, who generated a turnover of 1.9 billion euros in the 2016/17 financial year. The Emsland-based company founded in 1906 cur-rently has an export ratio of around 70 percent.
