MOSOLF joins Egon Christ to manage AFG integration.

MOSOLF has started 2018 with several incorporations, including the former Daimler manager who will be responsible, among other things, for the integration of the newly acquired AFG.

The MOSOLF Group is strengthening its management line-up. The former Daimler manager, Egon Christ (52), has moved to the MOSOLF Group in Kirchheim unter Teck and started boosting the management team there on 1 January 2018. In this position, he will continue to develop the Transport Solutions division and gear operations to the new challenges posed by customers and the market. Egon Christ will also be responsible for the ongoing development of AFG, its integration within the MOSOLF Group and the expansion of the Releasing Solutions division.

"MOSOLF is gaining a top manager with outstanding expertise in the field of automobile logistics in the person of Egon Christ. With his experience and knowledge, he will support MOSOLF in an outstanding manner as it successfully copes with the new challenges," says Dr. Jörg Mosolf, CEO at MOSOLF.

Egon Christ brings with him more than thirty years of experience in logistics and supply chain management. The graduate in business management had been working for Daimler AG since 1996 and he bore the overall responsibility for the global transport logistics for all the finished vehicles for 13 of those years. In 2015, he moved to the purchasing department, where he was responsible for the group-wide procurement of all research and development services until recently.
