Rostock-Hanko service upgraded to 4/7.
From the beginning of January 2017 the service between Rostock and Hanko will be improved and upgraded to a full 4/7 service. The introduction of two additional calls between Hanko and Rostock will be a welcome addition to the existing Finnlines system between Finland and Germany.
The high-frequency Hanko-Rostock service creates a significant competitive edge for our customers. Hanko is the most southern port of Finland, less prone to ice limitations during winter, and well connected to both western and southern areas of the country.
On the Hanko-Rostock route there will be two fully dedicated, modern and environmentally friendly Ro-Ro vessels deployed, with ample capacity to cater for the needs of the trade.
In addition to Hanko-Rostock there are two weekly departures from Rostock to Helsinki (Wednesday, Saturday) and three from Helsinki to Rostock (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday).
